Ingredients

garlic
mushrooms
scallions
spinach
vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or deep skillet.
  2. Add red pepper & scallions and stir for 1 minute.
  3. Add garlic and stir for 30 seconds.
  4. Add mushrooms and stir for 30 seconds.
  5. Add spinach and stir for 30 seconds.
  6. Serve at once.
